Contact Tutro
Use this page to find the most appropriate way to contact Tutro. Whether you are an experienced tutor reviewing the route into partner-led tutoring opportunities, a tutoring agency considering partnership, or someone with a general question about the site, this page explains where to start.
In many cases, the quickest answer is on the relevant guidance page first. The Become a Tutor page covers tutor routes, the For Agencies page explains partnership expectations, and the About Tutro page explains how the platform operates and what it does.
For tutors
If you are exploring tutoring opportunities, start with the Become a Tutor page before emailing. It sets out who Tutro is designed for, how the routing model works, and how to move from an information page to a partner-led application route.
Email is most useful for site-level questions that remain unclear after reading that guidance. For example, you may want clarification on whether a route appears relevant to your experience, whether a page is informational or application-focused, or how Tutro fits into the wider process.
Tutro does not make hiring decisions, guarantee work, or assess candidates on behalf of partner agencies. Application decisions, onboarding, safeguarding checks and live opportunity availability remain with the relevant partner agency, not with Tutro itself.
For agencies
If you represent a tutoring organisation and want to understand whether Tutro could support tutor discovery or recruitment, start with the For Agencies page. That page outlines the site’s positioning, the type of organisations it is intended to work with, and the expected standard of presentation.
When you email, it helps to describe your organisation clearly. A short summary of your delivery model, subjects, pupil age ranges, geographic focus, preferred tutor profile and current recruitment needs makes it easier to judge whether a conversation is likely to be worthwhile.
Tutro reviews enquiries carefully, and not every agency enquiry will be the right fit for the platform.
What to include in your email
Clear, specific messages are easier to review and answer. Where relevant, include:
- whether you are contacting Tutro as a tutor, an agency or a general enquirer
- the page or route you are referring to
- your subject area, level and tutoring experience if you are a tutor
- a short organisation summary if you are writing on behalf of an agency
- the specific question you want answered
- any useful timing or context, without sending sensitive personal documents unless they have been requested through a formal partner process
General enquiries
The main contact route for Tutro is email:
Please use a clear subject line so your message can be reviewed efficiently. If your question relates to a specific page, include the URL. If your enquiry concerns data handling or site policies, review the privacy notice and terms of use before contacting the team.
Please do not send passports, certificates, DBS records, CV attachments or other sensitive personal documents unless a relevant partner agency has specifically requested them as part of its own formal process.
General feedback about broken links, outdated information or unclear wording is also welcome. If something on the site seems inaccurate, say which page you found and what appears to be wrong.
